In an article dated February 7th, 2012, The Securities Technology Monitor posted an article about: Nasdaq Data Center Introduces Computing Cabinets with Chimneys
If you used water cooled mainframes, and at least 2000 servers can fit in the same footprint as a large cabinet on a mainframe, you wouldn't need chimneys.
Dark Star Cloud is about increasing yield. Mainframes work, they are secure, they don't need chimneys to improve efficiency, they are already efficient.
